Diane Hinds

Diane has promoted some exciting talent, from her days at Arista Records with a roster that looked after Barry Manilow, Aretha Franklin, Lisa Stansfield, the Four Tops and Whitney Houston, to then promoting Jermaine Jackson, as a freelancer. She went on to work with Silva Screen Records where she launched the career of the UK's then biggest selling opera singer, Lesley Garrett CBE. She continues to work in the fields of theatre, music theatre, Country music, classical, literary and mainstream music. She has promoted artists in Europe and is now focusing on the US.

As a film producer Diane has licensed Put Your Heart On The Page: An Introduction to Writing by her client Anne Perry, to Dreamscape where it was released in the US back in September 2014. It is avialable on Anne's second film "Plotting To Enrich Your Back Story" will be released in the US and Canada in the autumn, again through Dreamscape. Broadcast rights for both films are with, in LA.

In November 2014, Diane graduated with her Masters in Film & Television and is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster, teaching on the Campaigning & Persuasive Skills module, part of the BA: Public Relations & Advertising course which is recognised at the no. 1 UK PR course by the Guardian League table, 2015. She is also a visitor to students of the UCLA's Personal Essay writing course, providing advice on 'finding a PR' and 'how to PR'. She gave her first international talk at Love Is Murder, 2015 in Chicago, where she launched her own 'how to ...' film, and undertakes coaching in person or via the Internet.

Now, Diane is much in demand for speaking engagements and will be touring the UK this year at libraries and literary festivals with her talks, the most popular being 'How To Promote Your Book.. More details can be found here.

Diane is a mother to two teenagers and lives with Sickle Cell Disease.
